mcanvil builds free Minecraft tools that stay correct as the game changes. Where other calculators were built once and left to rot, ours rebuild their data from the open-source PrismarineJS/minecraft-data project (MIT-licensed) on every deploy.

How we keep the math honest

The enchantment calculator implements real Java and Bedrock Edition anvil mechanics and is verified against the Minecraft Wiki’s documented examples and an independent brute-force search across hundreds of random cases, so the “optimal order” it returns is provably the cheapest.
